A thoughtful two-level living concept
The villa is designed across two floors, with the main living spaces on the ground level. Here, the kitchen, living area and master bedroom form the heart of everyday life, seamlessly connected to the garden. Upstairs, the children’s bedrooms create a private retreat, offering both comfort and separation. This spatial arrangement enhances the sense of balance, light and livability throughout the home.
Constanta stone: mediterranean warmth and texture
A defining element of the architecture is the use of Constanta CT12R from the LAPIDE Rocks collection, selected for their soft yellow-beige tones and Mediterranean character. Applied across the façades, the stone gives the villa a cohesive, tactile identity that harmonizes beautifully with the greenery around it. The result is a residence that feels both refined and grounded, a true forest retreat shaped by natural materials.
