Seamless flow of inside and outside
Approaching the villa, a wooden bridge marks a transition into its private world. The façade’s warm timber cladding and carefully placed stone accents create a cohesive exterior identity. Inside, large window walls invite abundant daylight and frame views of the water-rich environment, fostering a strong indoor–outdoor connection. A striking 35-meter long natural stone wall becomes a focal point within the living spaces, adding depth, warmth and continuity throughout the interior.
Karlovy Vary: texture, tone and tactility
Both the interior feature wall and exterior stone details are crafted from Karlovy Vary KV12R. This highly expressive selection showcases rich nuances from brown to anthracite, creating a robust yet refined aesthetic. The joints have been recessed, giving the masonry a stacked, tactile appearance and enhancing the stone’s natural texture. The result is a harmonious interplay of materials that unifies the villa’s design from inside to out.
