Dreamvilla Hollandscheveld

This distinguished villa in Hollandscheveld combines modern architectural clarity with timeless material refinement. Set against a verdant rural backdrop, the design balances bold geometric forms with a warm and tactile material palette. Natural stone takes centre stage, giving the residence a grounded, enduring presence that enhances both its aesthetic and its relationship with the landscape.

Open spatial concept and harmonious living

The villa’s layout fosters an intuitive flow between its functional areas. Expansive glazing connects the interior spaces with the garden, inviting daylight deep into the home and offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding greenery. Natural stone continues inside, creating architectural continuity and a sense of calm sophistication. The careful interplay of light, texture and proportion elevates everyday living into an experience that feels both generous and intimately connected to its context.

Natural stone as a unifying signature

A defining element of the project is the use of LAPIDE Bricks, applied across the façade, in elegant garden walls, and as a striking feature around the interior fireplace. Lapide Bricks Karlovy Vary KV12 is a gneiss natural stone with a rich mix of anthracite and warm brown nuances, featuring a subtle natural shimmer. In the outdoor spaces, coarser natural stone elements add a more rugged, organic texture, enriching the landscape design. Throughout the villa and its surroundings, natural stone returns again and again, creating a cohesive material identity that feels timeless, authentic and deeply connected to nature.
